Ants on the counter when we walked up to order. Food was not that good. It didn't taste the freshest. Lettuce was white. Fries soggy Wired Homeless people going in and out of the restroom Sticky tables. Not cleaned. disappointing overall. This place has gone downhill. At least this location has. Other locations are a lot better. Some rude people worked there
This location single handedly reignited my passion and love for Baker's. I have gone to a few in the area before and the quality was just not good(older tasting food,skimpy portions), however, THIS ONE was fresh and the food and drink was amazing. I ate my whole meal before I even got home. The fries, chefs kiss. The bean and cheese burritos, loaded and also fresh. Don't even get me started on the tortillas. Baker's has always been my favorite fast food spot as I grew up in the IE. I just want the staff to know they made my whole Friday with just how good that meal was. Thank you for that

Update to review: food service was fast, quality ingredients in food was excellent I;e tomatoes on hamburger, staff was friendly, custom order items were made correct, and last...what caught my attention...employees were wiping tabletops with antibacterial wipes! Awesome especially during COVID spike season!
We received county library reading achievement certificates and so came to enjoy kids reward. Got vegetarian chili cheese fries, chocolate milk shake, cheese burger, taco... Taste better than I was expecting. Vege chili fries was pretty good, fresh condiments, avocado spread, good flavor. Staff was friendly and courteous, we got our food after a short wait. Restroom however is pretty beat up. Dated with grifitti and just not pleasant. Decor also a bit dated. Feels like the chain/brand can use a little modern updating inside and out.
